What we keep
We hold no number, email or name against a OUQM sticker. The one exception is an order, because a sticker has to reach you.
What we actually keep
The vehicle name you choose, the last three characters of your plate, and a code that lets us send alerts to your phone. Alerts are deleted after 90 days. Whoever scans your sticker is never recorded as a person, only as a short-lived marker that is thrown away and replaced every day.
Where it is kept
Our servers are outside Oman, in India. Delivery details are held there only to get your order to you, and are deleted after 120 days. Nothing else we hold identifies you.
How long we keep it
Alerts are deleted after 90 days. Delivery details are deleted after 120 days. Everything else lasts as long as the sticker is set up, and goes when you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time.
How to use your rights
Email privacy@ouqm.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.
